How do I book?

Do I need a consultation first?

Consultations are always complimentary and never required. Many clients book a quick consult before their first treatment; others come in ready. Both are welcome.

What's your cancellation policy?

We ask for 24 hours' notice for cancellations or reschedules. Late cancellations and no-shows may be charged a portion of the service cost.

Do you offer memberships?

Yes — we offer monthly memberships for Botox and IV therapy that include treatment credits and member-only pricing. Ask us at your visit.

Is EverGlow medically supervised?

Yes. All medical treatments are delivered by a licensed nurse under the supervision of our Colorado-licensed medical director, in line with HB25-1024.

Is there anyone who shouldn't be treated?

Yes. We don't treat anyone who is pregnant, breastfeeding (for most services), actively ill, or has certain neuromuscular conditions. We screen at every visit.

What if I have a reaction?

We follow you closely after every treatment. If anything feels off — at any hour — text or call us and we'll guide you through it personally.

Do you keep medical records?

Yes. Every client has a confidential digital chart with intake, consent, treatment notes and follow-ups, kept in line with HIPAA standards.

Will Botox make me look frozen?

How long do results last?

Botox typically 3–4 months. IV drips have same-day and week-long effects. Peptide results build over weeks. We'll set expectations at your visit.

What's the difference between Botox and Dysport?

Both are FDA-approved neuromodulators. Dysport tends to spread a little more and kick in faster; Botox is more precise. We'll recommend what suits your face.

Can I combine treatments?

Often, yes — many clients pair a drip with their Botox visit. We'll always check what's safe and what will actually serve you.
